For the loot sheet, i was envisaging something more of a table, with columns and a header. Things I might jot down are: object name, powers/game effect, brief description, where it was found (and reference/page number), who has it.
I did start with a table, but I ended up with something that contained a lot of wasted space - some columns need multiple lines to be useful, which just wasted space in the rows that don't need them.

Another thing to note is whether the players know about the ability or not. So maybe a series of boxes (like you have now) with top line of name, where found, owner then next line description then next lines powers with a tick box if the players know about the power.
Hmmm... Almost a sheet per item, there
. And then we'd have a lot of wasted space for just a potion with a single side effect about which the characters don't yet know.
So, as a compromise, I've increased the space available for notes, and included a 'Reference' field - you can now write up a longer description of the item in your gaming folder and reference it from the Loot Sheet (which can also be a reference on the character's sheet, too). I've also got rid of the landscape sheet, as the additional space for notes should hopefully mean that portrait orientation is fine.
