Kuublu and Ak'kulula ventured down the revealed passageway a little way followed by Etwa, Pulgil and Chiemeka stayed in the main corridor for the moment.

The three entered an octagonal room about five metres across. The floor is extraordinary—it seems to be made of smooth polished quartz, and below it you can see a curious design of greens and blue stone overlaid with a scattering of glowing red crystals. Against the south wall is a stone coffer.

Kubluu has no idea what these signify. Perhaps the blue indicates the sky. Which in that case, what does the green mean? He will indicate for the others to join them.

Hearing Kuublu's call, Chiemeka enters the chamber and tries to make sense of the patterns on the floor.

The lad steps into the strange octagonal room and his eyes go immediately to the stone coffer. Frowning, he concentrates on the object.

OOC: Blew all rolls again...

Does Ak'kulula sense any magic, whether on the coffer or the floor? See Enchantment is still active.

Sensing nothing amiss in the coffer, Ak'kulula squats down to examine the floor.

OOC: Is the design of the blue and green stones recognizable to Ak'kulula in any way?

Maybe this is a green moss, that stands in the open, and the red dots are a disease? Perhaps it is a warning of the harm to nature due to some unspecified cause. Kuublu, troubled keeps his thoughts to himself.....

Pulgil also enters the chamber but stay close to the door. While she looks at the patterns, she is still concentrating a fair bit of her attention on acting as a rear guard.

The four companions and Etwa examine the strange floor but are unable to determine its meaning though at least a few of them are certainly convinced it must have one and not simply be intended for decoration.

Ak'kulas eyes do show that the floor is at least mildly sorcerous in nature but it does not seem threatening to him. The coffer itself seems to be simple stone.
