There are small markings on the back of it which Kuublu vaguely recognises as an old Wagandoun word for sun.

The path continues on, the statue sits just off the path to the right.

Kuublu leads on. Perhaps there is something that can help them. Perhaps even the long dead chieftain might be able to help them if they have nowhere to run. So far, people might think the party are dead.

Two paths join into one leading on. The stench of death is strong in the very air here. You shudder at a horrible moan that seems to come from out of the ground nearby. You turn to behold a hulking corpse clawing out of its grave....its skin leathery and stained by the boggy ground. It wears a few scraps of rusted armour, in a style Kuublu has seen hanging on the wall of his family compound, and wields a massive black halberd shaped into the likeness of two bulls horns.

Kuublu is surprised at the somewhat familiarity of this. Was this old warrior from another age? One of his tribe from the past?

"This one, we must put to rest!"

Kuublu does the super sharp quick introduction before proceeding into combat.

The two warriors lunged at the leathery figure Uruka winning past its defence but his Ida rang off its armour. Chiemeka attempted to assist and to his surprise his staff struck solidly against the dead things flesh.
