This appears to be the hardest to find book from the re-released Dragon Warriors line. My apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask this, but I am looking to purchase a copy, if possible. Thank you!

This is because, as I understand it, SKG does not own the rights to all of the articles of which In From The Cold is comprised and are therefore unable to release it.

The good news is that some of the stuff is available from other sources - the demonology stuff is available in the Players' Guide and a Ballad of Times Past is available on Dave's blog (links to the relevant pages here: http://cobwebbedforest.co.uk/library/ad ... davemorris). The rest of the book is mostly just some adventures compiled from various sources, not all of which are even set in Legend. The real gem of the book is 'the Unquiet Grave', an atmospheric article on undead in Dragon Warriors originally published in White Dwarf issue 55 (white text on black artwork - it was a bugger to read!) If you could get hold of that, I'd almost say you don't need to get a copy of In From The Cold at all.

And if folks are wondering from where the title for the Unquiet Grave comes, it's from an English folk song:

If it makes it easier to judge what you're missing, of the adventures not immediately available elsewhere, you definitely don't need to go to your grave regretting never seeing The Key to Tirandor, which I thought was fairly awful. Of the other adventures, The Serpent's Venom is forgettable, The Lone and Level Sands and Temple of the Lost God are good, and A Box of old Bones and The Unquiet Grave are excellent.

Cheers,

-Kyle

We should be reprinting just about all of it very soon. Next step now the PG is out is to get all the PDFs available as Print-on-Demand books. Then re-releasing the material from IFTC that we're allowed to re-release.

Curse you. Now I will have no excuse not to complete my collection of both physical and digital DW books.

More seriously, who owns the rights to the Blood Sword books? I'd love to get those as physical copies and they cost a bloody fortune on eBay. Would POD be cheaper?

Cheers,

-Kyle

The Blood Sword books are currently in the process of being rereleased. The first four are already available in new editions - the fifth has been delayed because Dave Morris seems to have basically decided to rewrite it to meet the standard he thinks it should meet.

Dave Morris' blog entries for further information.

Did you guys see the kickstarter? 30 minutes chatting with Dave Morris on Skype, I think I'll give this one a go... Don't really care about the game itself...

So because I'm a hopeless completist, I'd definitely still be interested in purchasing a copy of In From the Cold if anyone is willing to part with one...
