On the Wiki, Become Liche is a dedicated ritual, with materials costing hundreds of Crowns, and the caster does not necessarily survive. I think it's a little more than the Mystic 'hide for a week and do a percentage check'. Or do you mean a percentage for every Rank past 10th? That would work pretty well, I think. |

In the generator, if you generate a 12th rank mystic, it tries to decide how likely it is that the mystic has become an adept - the higher the rank of the mystic, the more likely it is. A similar approach would work with the necromancer, I think (obviously with 100% survival because no-one wants to generate a dead character!) |
