The site itself doesn't hold any legal claim to the work but the authors retain copyright over their articles. Without each author's permission, their articles cannot be republished elsewhere. I think some of the authors are on this site and others I otherwise in contact with, so I can start messaging people about getting permission to do something with their content, but that could take a while and will inevitably leave gaps.

I'll explore some options for doing a site rip this weekend and see if that's a better backup than the one I have - otherwise, I'll just do a tidyup of what I've got and try to put it into some sort of meaningful structure. Just in case we ever need to dust it off.

I'm minded of the trouble Serpent Kings had with In From The Cold!

What trouble did Serpent Warriors have with 'In From the Cold'? Something to do with the publishers of the original articles?

Well. I give full permission for anyone to do whatever with my stuff on the wiki.

I intend moving a bunch of stuff into sourcebooks...but as one can tell by looking in the Fan Projects forum I've been pretty slack on that front recently.

Cheers Damian - The Wiki is now read-only and I'm just trying to create an offline mirror of it at the moment. Then starts the compilation work...

Serpent King Games couldn't get the rights to reprint the adventure Key of Tirandor, so there is no SKG edition of IFTC. Instead, some of the content is available in Cold Fury (along with the adventure Fury of the Deep) and some in the Players' Guide.

Most of the content in In From The Cold is in the public domain anyway:
