If you can't wait for the Players' Book (who can?), you can find a beta sample of the Hunter Profession on the SKG site:

Although hopefully it's developed a little since it was previewed, for the reasons I outlined earlier in this thread (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=59&start=20#p378).
