Nice... more personalized but I thought the fighting whilst swimming penalties were a bit high. I mean, at least you can see your enemy. I think it should be studied further since the kappa description describes how some weapons like spears were more suited underwater. Was there a supplement that mentioned anything about fighting submerged? |

You should suffer a penalty when not using a thrusting weapon I'd say; that would let the Kappa turn the tables on some cocky axe-wielding Water elementalist who thinks he can rule the aquatic roost while using Breathe Underwater.
