Would the Archer profession have a grounding in all types of bow, or would they need to specialise in longbow, recurve, compound, etc, and how would they skill manifest itself? Either an Attack bonus with the bow or stating that non-Archer professions lose Attack when using a bow. Would crossbows still be available to all professions as they are less complex?
Is there a current DW mechanic for flammability? If not, the GM could just assign an object hit by a flaming arrow an on-the-fly 'flammability score' and rule that under that score on d10 or whatever results in the ignition of said object.
Theres a pdf out there with the rules. I think there is a weapon specializing mechanic.
I do think there should be a mechanism for burning. I know wfrp 1ed has it. I'd say for buildings its gm discretion. As to its contribution in combat, so far I can't think of any rules interpretations in any of the supplements.
Mind you, I don't have time to read them, I just buy them and back up every 3 months.
