Max can’t help if there might be something else beyond the ledge. Despite this he sees sense in what the others are saying and with one last wistful look turns away from the pit. |

The party make their way back down the now darkened passageway, round the corner and then back into the room with the crucifix on the wall. Bretwald eyes Calder as they enter the room. A set of double doors lies to the west. |

Calder thinks he is lost in the structure. Knowing that he has trouble remembering routes, though less trouble remembering how to fight, he tends to agree with others especially the intelligent ones like that lady. He follows along |
